Caleb Packham

Sattva Yoga

Like all Sattva Yogis, Caleb has a deep compassion for all beings and a sense of passion for our planet. With his authentic heart, he has a desire of service to spirit and pours everything into his classes, teaching from his core, sharing his deepest expression.  Sattva (pronounced satt*wa) means whole, complete, balance, truth. It is more than a physical practice. Sattva Yoga is the unity of many yogic paths. Developed in the Himalayas over a decade ago by Anand Mehrotra, it brings together hatha postures, vinyasa flows, kriyas, mantras, free movement and wisdom to help create energetic shifts in body, mind and spirit.

Caleb prepares each Sattva Journey beginning with a vision for what to teach and invites the journey to emerge. With his commanding presence and intense passion he draws his students in, encouraging them into the experience. Deeply attuned to the energy of a group, Caleb takes his students on a journey to the deepest part of themselves, creating a clear path for the individual to experience a full, healthy, abundant and joyous life.

Class Description

  1. The Union
  2. Any woman or man embodies both masculine and feminine energies. But when there's an imbalance of these energies it can cause us suffering - physically, mentally, emotionally. When we bring these energies into balance, we experience more alignment, harmony and wholeness. Masculine and feminine forces unite to achieve equilibrium in this powerful Sattva Journey.

  3. Return to Innocence
  4. In this consciousness expanding Sattva Journey, you will connect to the existential joy that is ever present instead of the existential burden that you carry around. The source of all joy is your connection. The source of all misery is your disconnect. In getting to the core of existence, you will return to innocence.

  5. Lotus Rising
  6. Often when we face challenges and adversities in life, the biggest obstacle we come up against is our own Self. In this empowering Sattva Journey you will develop your commitment to freedom from all that is blocking your personal power - your fears, your shadows, your delusions, your trauma - enabling you to rise from your hardships like a lotus flower emerging from the mud.

  7. Forgiveness and Truth
  8. When you forgive, you heal the parts of yourself that have been exposed to physical, mental, spiritual and motional abuse - allowing yourself to experience the peace, joy and liberation that comes with being free of the anger, pain and resentment of the past. This Sattva Yoga Journey will to help you find forgiveness, bringing you back to your Heart, back to your Core, back to your Truth.
